Before joining FINS Braids/BBS Tech, Mike served as the VP of Operations at an apparel retailer, where he played a crucial role in expanding their supply chain and infrastructure to accommodate rapid growth. His tenure as a Principal at Griffin Strategic Advisors and his work at Archstone Consulting equipped him with a deep understanding of strategy and operational issues, advising companies across various sectors. Mike distinguished himself as the founder of Summit Global Advisors, a management consulting firm, where he demonstrated a passion for tackling the most formidable client challenges.
Having lived and worked in both the United States and numerous European countries, Mike possesses a global perspective that will be instrumental in steering FINS Braid and BBS Tech toward continued growth and innovation. He has played pivotal roles in delivering initiatives spanning strategic planning, supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing, operations improvement, and change management. Mike's experience also extends to private equity firms in Europe and the US, where he served in diverse roles, including Director of Research.
Mike holds an A.B. from Lafayette College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, underscoring his commitment to academic excellence and professional development. On a personal note, Mike shares his home with his wife and three children, fostering a multilingual environment where German is spoken with enthusiasm, reflecting his multicultural background and dedication to family.
